Thomas W. Donaldson, 84, of Clintonville, passed away on February 1, 2025, at Grove City Hospital.
Tom was born September 11, 1940, on Donaldson Road, in Venango County, at his parents, Homer and Marie (Brown) Donaldson.
Tom received his education from Clintonville and Victory Joint School. He was married to Louise Eakin on September 30, 1960, she survives.
Tom proudly served in the National Guard in the 112 Infantry 28th Division from 1958 till 1965.
Tom was a farmer for most of his life. He was also employed in maintenance at the Grove City Hospital and Bashline Hospital. He enjoyed looking into his family’s history and loved antiques.
Loved ones to cherish his memory are his wife Louise Donaldson of Clintonville, his daughter Bonnie D. Werthman and her husband Richard of Polk; her son Thomas E. Donaldson and his wife Gail of Kennerdell; his grandson Zachary T. Donaldson of Kennerdell and his sisters Darlene Myers and her husband Charlie and Mary Kaylor both of Kennerdell.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, an infant son Harold Leroy Donaldson, and brother-in-law Steven Kaylor.
A private service will take place at the Larry E. McKinley Funeral Home, Clintonville, for family and close friends. Rev. Kenneth Hughes will be officiating. Burial will take place at the Clintonville Methodist Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial donations in Tom’s memory be sent to the Clintonville Food Pantry, Box 353, Clintonville, PA 16372.
