Robert S. Fenchak, Jr.

Robert S. Fenchak Jr., 47, of Knox, passed away on April 21, 2025 with his family at his side at the Novat Forsyth Medical Center from injuries received in an accident at work.

Born on November 11, 1977, Rob was the son of Linda Fenchak Bashline and the late Robert Fenchak Sr.

Rob graduated from Keystone High School, then continued his education at Northwest College. He worked the family farm for 33 years. Rob also worked as a diesel mechanic, and worked at Long Acres Potato Farm, then as a foreman and alignment specialist for Goodhart Sons.

Rob enjoyed fishing, riding four-wheeler, comic books, watching movies, Pittsburgh Steelers, G.I. Joe and wrestling.  He loved spending time with his family.

Rob is survived by his mother Linda (Jeff) Fenchak Bashline of Knox, a son Derik Fenchak of Knox, two step sons Brodi Switzer of Winston-Salem, NC and Brandon Switzer of Nickleville and two step grandchildren Taylor Switzer of Winston-Salem and Gaven Switzer of Nickleville.

Rob was preceded in death by his father Robert Fenchak, Sr., and his grandparents Audrey and Spike Mauk and Elsie and George Fenchak.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 3 at the Grace EC Church, 2561 Grace Church Road, Knox. A memorial service will be held at in the church with Pastors John Friedlund and Michael Will co-officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family asks memorial be made to the Grace E.C. Church, 2561 Grace Church Road, Knox PA 16232.
