Roads in PennDOT’s Northwest Region Remain Closed Due to Storm

Oil City, PA – The following state roads in PennDOT’s northwest region are closed to through traffic due to downed trees and utility lines from the heavy rains yesterday.


Venango County

  • Route 308 – Closed from Bullion Road to Burns Road in Clinton Township.

  • Donation Hill Road/Mill Street (Route 4018) – Closed at the intersection with Deckards Run Road in Canal Township.


Mercer County

  • District Road (Route 1008) – Closed from Route 58 in Delaware Township to Martsellar Road in Fairview Township.

  • Pulaski Mercer Road (Route 3007) – Closed from Stonebase Road to Route 318 in East Lackawannock Township.

  • Bestwick Road (Route 3026) – Closed from Route 318 to Stone Base Road in East Lackawannock Township.

  • Valley Road/Flat Road (Route 3039) – Closed from Route 258 to Lamor Road in Jefferson Township.

  • Kidds Mill Road (Route 4012) – Closed from Frye Road to Rock School Road in Delaware Township.


The roadways are expected to reopen later today as clean-up efforts continue in coordination with utility companies.
