Patricia Anne “Pat” Bowser


Patricia Anne “Pat” Bowser, 83, of Dutch Hill, Parker, Pa., passed away Wednesday evening, August 7, 2024, at UPMC-Northwest, Seneca, following a brief, final illness. Pat had been in declining health for a period of time.

Born in Perry Twp. “Tickle Creek”, Clarion County, on June 7, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Wade C. and Lois Anderson McCoy.

A graduate of Ridgeway High School, she also was a graduate of Humboldt Institute (in aviation).

Pat enjoyed an interesting three-year employment with the former NorthEast Airlines in communications, including teletyping between aircraft and ground operations, reservations, and logistics.

She was a faithful member of Park Hill Church of God at West Freedom. Pat also enjoyed membership in the Red Hat Society, Girl Scout Directorship (Ohio), Board Member of Helping Hands, and Board Member of Clarion Co. Promise.

Surviving is her husband Rodney P. “Rod” Bowser, whom she married on April 7, 1962, in Woodside, NY. Also left to cherish her memory are two daughters and husbands: Lynn (Ken) Rogozinski of Lakewood, OH, and Susan (Patrick) Jordan of Mainville, OH; four grandchildren: Alison, Kira, and Sonia Rogozinski and Emma Jordan; one sister: Kathleen “Butch” Fulmer of Parker, as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Memorial Service for Pat will be held at Park Hill Church in the near future at a date and time to be announced. H. Jack Buzard Funeral Home Staff of Parker is assisting the family with arrangements.
