CARLISLE, Pa. - Samantha Josephine Barnes, daughter of Doug and Jennifer Barnes of Butler, Pa., graduated magna cum laude from Dickinson College on May 19 with a BA in political science and law & policy. Other recognition included: dean’s list. Barnes is a graduate of Knoch High School.
