Join the City of Parker in an annual summer celebration! Along with so many other activities on June 29, don’t forget to find a spot to watch the parade at 5pm.
Better yet…why not participate? Do you have a business or organization that is proud to be from the area? Antique tractor? Racecar? 4-H show animal? Dance Squad? Show off in the Parker Parade with a decorated vehicle or a float ( it is as easy as a truck and trailer!). Maybe bring the company vehicle with logo - don't forget some candy to throw to the spectators along the 0.7 mile route. Parade is at 5 pm -- Line up is at 4 pm. Be creative and get involved!
Kids are encouraged to join on a Powerwheel or in costume on a bike or walking - all children must have an adult to accompany them through the entire route.
To register for the parade contact Jessica Zakrie at 724-556-1508 or fill out the registration form on Facebook Page- Parker Community Day.
The parade starts a Parker Presbyterian Church on Washington St (RT268) for a short distance before making a left on Ludlow Ave. Continuing to Lincoln Ave and ending on Euclid Ave in the Park! The park will have food trucks, live entertainment & fireworks!
