Legal Notice: Eau Claire Borough Council Special Meeting

The Eau Claire Borough Council will consider adoption

of the following Ordinance at a special meeting

on February 20, 2025 at 7:00p.m.

at the Eau Claire Borough Building, 106

East Park Avenue, Eau Claire, PA 16030

• Ordinance No. 022025 an Ordinance prohibiting farm animals on properties of less than two acres. The Ordinance provides that farm animals shall not be kept on less than two acres of land or within 150 feet of an occupied dwelling except for no more than six chickens and/or roosters. The Ordinance includes requirements for any permitted chickens/roosters to be maintained and the requirement that farm animals be confined to private property of the owner in an orderly and sanitary condition such that they do not become a

nuisance.

Copies of the full text of the Ordinance may be examined at the Eau Claire Borough Building, 106 East Park Avenue, Eau Claire, PA 16030 on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00a.m. until 12:00p.m.
