The Knox Lions Student of the month for January is Kaya Cosper. Kaya attends Keystone Junior Senior High School and the Clarion County Career Center.
At Keystone Kaya is a member of the National Honor Society, the Spark Club and is involved in Student Government.
Kaya attends the Clarion County Career Center for Cosmetology where she is President and involved in the Student Congress as President and the NTHS.
Kaya is involved in her church on the Mission Team and a member of the Youth Group.
In the community Kay is actively involved as a Teen Counselor at church camps, working CYS dinners, Mission Bible verse handouts at Walmart, Vacation Bible School, Mexico Mission Trip, feeding the homeless in Pittsburgh and making bags for the homeless.
Kaya’s future plans are to get a Cosmetology license, get a job, and possibly own her own salon.
Kaya is the daughter of Heather and Dan Cosper.
