
Foxburg, PA – The Foxburg Country Club has brought on Jayson Dewitt to oversee the general day to day management of golf operations at the historic course. Jayson is a retired Command Sergeant Major (CSM) of the U.S. Army. After serving 26 years in the Army, Jayson relocated to Economy Borough (outside of Cranberry Township) where he purchased his home. For the last two years, Jayson has been a member of the Foxburg Country Club and has participated in many of the Club’s local events.
Jayson earned an undergraduate degree in Golf Management from Keiser University in 2023, and he looks to apply those lessons in managing the historic course. Jayson, in coordination with the Board of Governors at Foxburg, plans to improve upon the overall golf experience at Foxburg through customer engagement, promotions and creating awareness of upcoming events. Jayson will work closely with the Course Superintendent, Mr. Jim Gregorich (also of Cranberry Township).
We are excited to have Jayson on board and look foward to working with him to help make improvements to our historic course, stated Rob Foust, President of the Foxburg Country Club.
Jayson is no stranger to business management. In addition to overseeing the health and readiness of large Army units, Jayson has degrees in Military Intelligence Operations from Cochise College, Business Administration from Excelsior University and a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University. Jayson has one son, Garret (28) who lives in Columbia, SC with his partner, Erika Hare. They have a baby girl named Everley .
