Joshua Rowe invites you to take a drive past his home to see his ice wall, and take some photos if you’s like. The ice wall can be seen at, 1859 Big Bend Rd., Emlenton, Pa 16373. The wall is 64 feet long, with almost 300 balloons, 13 hearts. Get there before the snow melts.
